Why is my site displaying differently in a browser versus admin view?
Widgets appear in different positions on my page when I view from an external browser than they do when previewing from the admin page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
When you’re previewing your site from the admin, are you referring to using the “Customize” tool that has the black bar on the right-side with various options?
Your theme, Oxygen, is designed to adjust itself based on the width of the browser or the device that is being used to view your site in order to ensure your primary content is front and center. If you change the width of your browser window, you can see it adjust as a few different “breakpoints”.
Since the Customize tool reduces the width of the page that is displayed, if it’s under one of the breakpoints, it can look different than it would without the bar.
If you have any questions or need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!

No, I guess what I meant was that the layout of my site appears differently when I am viewing it while logged in to wordpress.com. When I visit the site while not logged-in to my account (as a typical visitor would) the layout is not the same as when I am logged in.
For example, the site is meant to have ‘text’ in the primary widget (left hand side of the screen) and a twitter feed in the secondary widget (right hand side of the screen). This is I’d like it to appear to all viewers, however when I visit the site without being logged in to wordpress.com the twitter feed appears in place of where the primary widget (text) should be and the primary widget is not displayed at all.
Is there any other info. that I could provide that would assist in troubleshooting?

Thanks for that—that was very helpful.
That’s occurring since there is no content yet on the page. It’s an odd glitch, but once any content is added, it appears as expected.
Can you publish a post (even a simple “Hello World!”) and confirm that resolves it for you as well?
Thanks!
