Why does my site load on 3G but not my internet?

A few months ago I created the domain jollykinfolk.com and downloaded a theme from wordpress. The site a couple of days later no longer worked when accessed from my internet connection. It does work when I try from my 3G smartphone though.

I’m able to access the site just fine. It’s possible there is something happening with your internet connection. Are you able to access other sites on your internet connection? Have any changes been made on your router or with your service provider?
It looks like you’re hosted through HostGator. If you suspect everything is ok with your internet connection and browser (try using another device on the same network, try a different network), then you’ll want to start there. It could be that for some reason your ISP and their servers aren’t connecting correctly. You can find their support here: http://support.hostgator.com/
If after checking all of that it still seems like somehow the problem is WordPress (which seems very unlikely in this case), you will be best off posting the issue here (with information gathered from your ISP and HostGator that points to WordPress): https://wordpress.org/support/
Those forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, while these are for WordPress.com hosted sites. If you have any questions about any of that feel free to let me know.

Thank you for the reply. I was up all night with hostgator reps trying to resolve the issue. All three of them could not help. I can access everything else under the sun with my internet, just not my own website. Using my phone and trying to access my site through wifi also does not work. Only 3G. But I would post in the other forum you suggested above.

That’s very peculiar, have you tried on another wifi network besides your own? Are you able to check your router configuration to make sure you somehow didn’t block your site on your network?

I have used other networks and it works. I can check my router config but once Im in the settings I have no idea what I am looking at honestly.

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you here at all. It’s a wordpress.ORG install and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
