Why does my site say that site cannot be accessed?
-
Although people show my website up, I don’t have the ability to go in and change it. Can you tell me where I can go to have access? (The warning button next to it says, ‘This site cannot be accessed. Disconnect Site’ )

This site is a wordpress.COM hosted blog https://woldsphotoarts.wordpress.com/
The Admin login link is https://woldsphotoarts.wordpress.com/wp-admin
However, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and your cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before you log in using that link.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Actually, it’s on my wordpress.ORG one that I created and is attached to my homepage.
Still not answering my questions. Wish I could show you a screenshot of it.

Do not post a screenshot. We do not provide support for wordpress.ORG installs or for Jetpack issues here at wordpress.COM and it seems that’s exactly what you are reporting.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to share you solution on the Jetapack support forum at WordPress.ORG.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-serviceSee also this guide to Disconnect Jetpack Sites http://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
Also note that for WordPress.ORG issues, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

When I “Switch Sites” from the Dashboard, and go to the one that doesn’t look like my profile image on this forum (it’s the WP.org one I’m talking about), then it says “This webpage is not available.”
