Why does my site show up sometimes and then another time it says under development?

I’m not seeing an under development notification in my three browsers.
It appears as if your name servers were only changed recently with your domain registrar, and this could be the cause of the intermittent service. It can take several days for these adjustments to work properly internet-wide.
It is also possible that old information is saved your cache. Please clear your browser’s cache and history, and then refresh your site. You can use this guide to do so:

You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should take a look at.
