Why does my title page contain all the other pages I wrote, even after I assigned an order to each?

Why does my title page contain all the other pages I wrote, even after I assigned an order to each?

From Settings -> Reading your blog’s Dashboard, you have chosen to use a static front page, but set the same page as the front page and posts page.
If you just want your posts to appear on the from page, select “Your latest posts” instead of the static page option.
