Why does my Upcoming Events widget add random spaces within the event text?

Last I heard the Happiness Engineers were able to re-create the problem. That was in May 2014. Then the topic was “closed”. With no resolution.
In short, my Google Calendar is correct. WordPress.com somehow corrupts things by adding spaces, thus m aking things diffi cult to r ead.
And yes, the above illustrates the problem.

When I view your site I see nothing wrong with the upcoming events widgets. No extra spaces or any other errors. This tells me the fault could be with your computer. Try seeing if the same thing happens when you use a different browser?As this is a previously reported issue I’m also tagging this for staff and cross-linking with your previous thread on this issue. Please subscribe to the thread and be patient while waiting for their response.

Thanks for your reply Kokkieh. No, the problem is not with my computer, and yes it’s an ongoing problem that your staff were able to re-create back in April-May (based on my correspondence before that thread was locked). Examples? Under “upcoming speakers”, Rob Tisdale will speak about “susta inable” forests and Bill Merilees pushed a book entitled “Attrac ting Backyard Wildlife”. Under “upcoming field-trips”, the mushroom trip has a “Coo ordinator” and the landing on Jedediah Island requires “Pre-registra tion”. The Christmas Bird Count for Kids with further understanding “o f” how well our feathered friends are doing. These errors are NOT present in the Google Calendar feed and they ARE visible regardless of the computer being used. And in fact what you are seeing is the result AFTER I have edited (in some cases several times) individual events in order to try to minimize the random spacing errors.
