Why does my video not play after I load it into the media library?

  I loaded a new video into my media library, and it will not play. It shows the correct video and audio for the first few seconds, then it stops video, plays random audio, and then completely stops after about 11 seconds. The video plays perfectly on my computer, so I know that it is not a problem until uploaded to WordPress. Please help.

  Hi there,

  Can you please try uploading that same video file to your Media Library again?

  Please let me know if it does not work this time.

  I tried several times yesterday to upload it…and all files had the same “look”. Should I try it again today?

  Sorry for the delay in responding…I was at work. I just sent you the uploaded video via the email address you provided. My video will play perfectly on Quicktime Player and Windows Media Player.
