Why does my website have the link, "Preview in new tab (opens in a new tab)"?

Why is the link, “Preview in new tab (opens in a new tab)” on the front/home page of my site? When I click on it I get a pop up, “Sorry, you’re not allowed to preview drafts.
The front/home page is not a draft.
What does it mean? Why is it there? How did it get there?
It comes and goes. It appears on various computers and phones whether I’m logged in or not.
I’m sure it’s something simple that I’m missing. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
That link seems to be on your homepage, you can deleted directly from here.
Also, remember that with your plan you can access Live Chat directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That way you can get help faster.
