SINCE MONDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2015 I JUST CAN NOT SEE MY SITE, TUPCM.COM, ON LINE AND WHEN I TRY TO ENTER TO THE SITE, I JUST SEE THIS https://ferrusca.files.wordpress.com/2015/02/tupcm.jpg
PLEASE, I NEED TO SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The problem is your domain registration expired on January 10th so you no longer own tupcm.com. Since you don’t own the domain, the domain mapping upgrade won’t work. If you’d like, I can refund the domain mapping upgrade and your site will be available at the original .wordpress.com address.
Once that’s done, you can attempt to re-register the original domain.
Let me know if that’s how you want to proceed and I’ll remove and refund the domain mapping upgrade.

This is because you added domain mapping upgrade without domain registration. Because you don’t own the domain the mapping subscription made your free blog inaccessible. I’ve removed and refunded the mapping subscription so the free blog works now.

This is a domain mapping upgrade, not domain registration.
SO, I WANT IT BACK ON LINE, BECAUSE ALL MY SITE IS BLOCKED AND I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WORDPRESS IS NOT GIVING ME WITH OUT ANY REASON.
If you want the domain back, I can go through the domain redemption process with you. There is an $80 redemption fee in addition to the renewal fee. The alternative is to wait for the domain to become available again (usually 80 days or so from the original expiration) and then you can purchase it normally.
Let me know which way you want to go and we’ll proceed accordingly.

The $80 is an additional fee required to renew your domain when it’s in the redemption period (that is when its expired, but not yet back on the general market). If you want to try to get the domain back right now it will cost $98. $18 for the domain registration and mapping and $80 for the redemption fee.
If you are willing to pay $98 for the domain I can send a private e-mail with a payment link. Once you pay we can try to get the domain back.
If you aren’t willing to pay the extra $80, you can just wait and see if the domain becomes available for general purchase and buy it again at the regular rate.
