I can confirm that I tried this is my test blog and what you say is correct. The custom background is not working. Thais thread will be moved to the Themes Forum where Themes Staff will address this bug and fix it.

Same here, my custom image show up as a small square at the top. Also having major problems with fixing images to my slider, very frustrating.

Themes Staff needs to be nudged on this. I have flagged the thread so Support Staff gives them a poke.

I was also unable to reproduce this issue with Ever After.
Since this is an older thread and it’s likely no longer being monitored by the original posters, I’m going to mark it as resolved and close it.
