Why does not the header image change?

Hello, I am trying to change the image of the header and in the settings says that it has been changed normally, but the image of the site does not change at all ..
Does anyone have a solution for me? Thank you very much in advance!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The static front page of https://wsmudancasetransportes.wordpress.com/ is displaying a featured image, not the site header image, at the top. The header image is displayed on the static pages and on the blog page.
See the Featured Images support page for instructions on how to remove a featured image. If no featured image is set on a static page, including the static front page, then the header image will display instead.
You may also replace a featured image with another featured image as described in the support page.
