Why does not work xml import?

  I tried to update my blog with a xml file from my old wordpress blog.
  I tried twice but has not been updated.
  The system tells me to contact support, that’s what I’m doing.
  Thank you

  I don’t see any active imports running at this time.

  Please let me know the address for the blog which is the source (the blog you are exporting) and the address for the destination blog (where you are importing the content).

  Also, could you let me know if any of the content from your old site was successfully imported, and if so, what was not imported?
