Why does only “1 row” and not “2 rows” show in my visual editor?

Are you unable to select “2 rows”? Or do you not see two columns of modules in your editor? What do you see? What browser are you using?

When you’re in the editor, head up to the top of the screen and click on the “Screen Options” button in the upper right corner. There’s a radio button there for you to toggle between one column and two columns. Select “2” and your editor should arrange itself into two columns.
