Why does original free blog site not come up after paid domain has expired?
-
Our church site was Betheltemplecbc.com. Now we just want our standard free site at betheltemplecbc.wordpess.com. We didn’t renew our domain when it expired, but the site is not coming up when I type in the basic free address. Please help. According to an email we received, our free blog should still be available. ”Note that your blog is always available at its default address, ”betheltemplecbc.wordpress.com”.”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

While logged into the account, on the notice that says “Uh oh! Your blog’s domain Betheltemplecbc.com expired”, click the “Cancel this domain” link. If the expiration notice still appears after doing that, close your browser completely, restart it and visit the page that had the notice/banner.
Another option: Log into the WordPress.com account that you used to buy the upgrade. Go to your Manage Purchases page and click the cancel link for the upgrade. Here’s more info about cancelling upgrades: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases
If neither of those work, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
