Why does posting to FB sometime not work?

  When i share a post on Facebook, sometimes it works perfectly in that when I click the share button on the bottom of the post, the box pops up showing my post title and picture, i click share, and Im done.

  Sometimes, when i perform the identical task on a different post, that box will pop up, the name of my blog is showing, and not anything about the individual post. Just a generic link to my blog as a whole. What am I doing wrong some of the time and right the rest of the time??

  Could you please tell me the latest post you shared that didn’t work correctly?

  Note that you can also use the Facebook Debugger to update FB’s cache so it uses the correct image and description of your site:
