Why does spacing between paragraphs disappear?

  I am having an ongoing problem with spacing between paragraphs when I copy and paste from Word or from Docs to go or Pages on my iPad. The spacing is fine when I first paste it in, but when I either save the draft or post, all the spacing between paragraphs goes away. I then have to add two or three extra lines, just to get one line of spacing between paragraphs.

  We really don’t recommend copying from word processors, for all of the reasons mentioned above.

  Word processors contain tons of proprietary formatting that we can’t account for. If you truly must past from Word (as opposed to writing it in our visual editor), please follow this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/
