Why does the Edit tab show up on my blog post on someone else's computer?

We opened my blog on my daughter’s computer and it acts like it does when it opens on my own computer. It shows the Edit tab and it doesn’t show a Comment box when we open the blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you logged in to WPcom on your daughter’s computer? Is she an author on your site and logged in?
FWIW-when viewing cdbittner.wordpress.com, I do not see any Edit tab (the only thing I see which could potentially be mistaken for an Edit tab in the Admin bar is the “New Post” icon at the upper right side next to the user’s gravatar) and the comment box is visible on each single post entry, such as https://cdbittner.wordpress.com/2015/01/19/practicing-retirement/
