why does the header name appear on my page

  why is the header being displayed on the page itself instead of just on the tab.

  Hi,

  By “header name” do you mean “site title?” The Bouquet theme demo displays the site title in a box overlaying the header just as your title displays in a box overlaying the header. This is normal for the theme.
