Why does the HTML tab not work in the Post editor window

  I am trying to paste code into a wordpress post and i cannot access the html of the post, I can only edit visually.
  This has never happened before, I have not changed any settings.

  What kind of browser version are you using? please make sure you are using the latest version. Do you encounter the same problem in a different browser too? for example: Google Chrome or Firefox?
  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cache?

  I tried all 3 browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome).
  But I left and came back and it worked….I don’t know what happened. Maybe the cache got cleared out.
  It was annoying, but not it works.
