Why does the left column break a simple word into 2 lines?

    I am using Blogum. The left column is boilerplate with the title of my post. It breaks the word warming into two lines and looks stupid. Why didn’t it break the line before the word warming? Can I change the width of the left column for this post only?

    Hi there,

    It looks like this issue comes up when using all caps in your post title. When the title is in all caps, it actually makes the words appear slightly wider. Because the left column in Blogum is relatively narrow, this slight change has an effect on how the title appears on your homepage.

    The quickest solution would be to simply change your site title and type it in caps and lowercase (i.e. “Evidence of Global Warming.”)

    Another option would be to purchase our Custom Design upgrade so that you could modify the column width in Blogum using Custom CSS.
