Why does the "like" button not always appear on a post?

  the “like” button and list of people who liked a post does not consistently appear at the bottom of posts; shows when viewing on my pc but not when viewing from a mac or iphone

  Are you viewing your blog home page [1], or a single post [2]?

  If you’re viewing your blog home page, you’ll want to go to Settings -> Sharing, and next to “Show buttons on”, check the “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” option, then click Save Changes.
