Why does the newest photo not upload when posting on FB?

When I update my status on FB, I hit upload for link to my wordpress site. Often an older photo and post shows up. This happens even a day or two later. Why doesn’t the most recent photo and post upload right away when I try to upload it to FB? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Which method are you using to publish from your blog to Facebook?
Are you using “publicize” or another method?
