Why does the picture not work with the sound on my video upload?

I purchased the premium upgrade yesterday and the video I inserted on my blog is not working correctly. There is sound but no picture.

After looking into your account, I found that you recently uploaded a video:
my-happy-welcome.wmv
I did find that it wasn’t loading or playing. I tried uploading a video file on my test blog just to make sure there wasn’t a bug of any kind. I was able to upload it just fine, so I’m inclined to think it may just be the file you are trying to upload. Can you please try it one more time? Sometimes if the internet is unstable during the upload it can cause some issues.
Try it one more time, and if it doesn’t work, I’d be happy to take a further look. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you for taking a look at my video. I tried deleting the video and inserting it again..didn’t work. Then I tried uploading and inserting again..didn’t work. Next, I deleted the post and started a new one, uploaded the video and then inserted into the new post…still not working.
I tried another video clip on a new post “Test Video” and I am having the same problem with that one.
I would appreciate more help with this. Thanks

VideoPress sometimes has issues with videos encoded as .wmv files. Could you try resaving it in one of the other approved formats and try uploading it again?
We list acceptable formats here:

I used Windows Movie Maker and was able to change the format. It seems to be working now. Thanks for your help.
