why does the raw text link not working?

    I got a html code (text link) from a affiliate partner, I put it on my post but it was not displayed. Then I tried to copy paste the same code on my notepad as .html file, and it worked. So the code itself is correct, but somehow it can’t be seen when I post it on my wordpress page…

    Please note that WordPress.com is not able to work with all kinds of code, especially if it is an <iframe> or <script> code. These kinds of code are usually designed to work with self-hosted websites, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc, but will be stripped from the page on your WordPress.com site as these kinds of codes are a common vector for attack.
