Why does the sidebar desappear in a post

  Hello,
  I’m the owner of the blog http://www.undia-undisco.net.
  My problem is the following: when a user arrives on the home page, on the right side of the posts, there is a sidebar with widgets and links to more contents and that is ok. But if the user arrives directly on the URL of a post, the sidebar doesn’t appear, how can i manage to maintain it?
  My theme is called Twenty Eleven,
