Why does this help forum exist if you WON'T HELP PEOPLE?

I understand volunteers have lives but most of the time anyone asks a question it gets ignored. It’s really annoying.

This is the first time you post a topic in this forum. How come you already know you won’t get help?
Almost every topic get an answer but a lot op t.s. never follow up. -
The topic they had posted had been pending for almost 5 hours hence the question.
I understand volunteers have lives but most of the time anyone asks a question it gets ignored. It’s really annoying.
volunteers or maybe it’s just me, only have access to 22 current threads, and anything later than that gets archived somewhere where for the life of me, I haven’t been able to locate. so if your topic happens to be number 25 in line, most volunteers, again, maybe just me, won’t be able to access it hence sometimes things get delayed until one posts a follow-up thread like you just did.
