Why does webpage say "unavailable" when I attempt to connect to my site?
-
Type in my URL; “peachlandmuseum.ca” hit enter, page comes up that says; “this webpage is not available” . . . I am connected to the internet, and can access other sites. I have paid for hosting til july 2015. I am running AVG free basic antivirus so no interfering firewall. Can log in to my account from wordpress.com but cannot get to the museum site even from there. Please assist.

Hello there!
I do see that another user on https://peachlandmuseum.wordpress.com/wp-admin paid for the domain mapping upgrade.
It appears to me as if he might have just adjusted the domain’s name servers with your domain’s registrar. This does appear to have taken hold quite yet.
If you can confirm that the domain’s name servers have been change to reflect the list I’ve included below, then the site should be up and running once the adjustments to your DNS have propagated:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comLooking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.
