Why does .wmv video generate an error message?

video press is supposed to support .wmv format yet the .wvm video created from my Logitech webcam causes and error message from video press saying the code is not supported

How dumb of me not to take a screen capture of the error message. I know you need as much data as possible. I did a workaround by converting the .wvm created by.my Logitech webcam into a wp4 by using Camtasia. Please close the ticket for now. I will open a new ticket with a screen capture so you have something to work with I know VideoPress is supposed to support .wvm files -
Sounds good! You can just reply in this thread again when you have a screenshot of the message. If you upload the image to your Media Library I can take a look. :)
