Why doesn the link I receive as conformation for a email change not work?

I’ve tried to change the email multiple times, and the new confirmation that comes does not work.

Im sorry this in regards to another blog I have.
I need to change the email account for this blog because the original,(email visible only to moderators and staff), is no longer active and am worried that it may have already been hacked into or that I’ll forever get locked out of it. I still have access to this blog through my Iphone. I’ve attempted to change the email address to, (email visible only to moderators and staff), multiple times and always get a link to confirm, but every time I click it does nothing.
