Why doesn't a video post play on my blog site?

I emailed to you 12+ hours ago and am still awaiting an answer. I can’t get a .wmv file to play after uploading/posting to my blog. An image is displayed, but the video does not respond to the “play” arrow that appears on the screen. I’ve cleared my browser’s cache and have tried uploading using both IE and Safari.
Please respond.

Are you still unable to view it right now? It may have been caused by a delay in processing the video. If you still can’t see it, please let me know.

I’m sorry but I still can’t make it play from my blog site.
Can’t get it to work from iPad, PC, or Android pho.
I’ll try deleting it as a post and starting over with uploading again as a post.

Does it play for you on this page? If yes, then you can embed it in a page or post by putting in the shortcode that’s right above it, which looks like this: [wpvideo abcdefg]
Let me know if you are able to play it or not from that page, and we’ll take it from there.

I just checked again, and I can still see the video I linked to above. Have you been able to embed it in a page or post using the shortcode like I mentioned? Are you able to view the video now?
