Why doesn't any image appear in the reader?

  I assumed this was random but the last half dozen posts haven’t had an image appearing in the reader. Is there a way to set it so an image appears?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you please set a Featured Image in the post? That should make that image appear in the Reader.

  You can set a featured image by editing the post and going to the bottom right hand of the page. You can set it via this module:

  Thank you. We still have a problem, though. We probably should have said that we are using the Twenty Ten Theme for our blog. If we use the Featured Image function on our dashboard, then it changes our home page photo. We don’t want to change our home page photo. Rather, we want Reader to display a photo from the post that is just being published. We don’t see a module in the bottom right of the page.
  In the beginning WordPress used the top photo as the one to appear in the Reader. For quite a while WordPress changed that and randomly chose any photo from the post. Now, no photo at all appears in the reader.
  Can you help us to sort this out, please? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  I am able to see an image as seen here in the Reader:

  

  It is currently grabbing the first image. The only way to control exactly which image would be to set a Featured Image, but most times it should grab the first image.
