Why doesn't either my name or my blog name display on my posts in the reader?

In the Reader, my posts appear (since I’m following myself), but beside my gravatar, it says [No Title] instead of my blog name (Crandlecakes) or my name (Randle).
I also had another blogger tell me that when I comment on his blog my name appears without a link to my blog.
I’m wondering if this has something to do with a weird thing on my dashboard — instead of “Crandlecakes” (on the top left dropdown in the Dashboard), it says “crandlecakesdotcom.” So, that’s weird.
Do you have any ideas? I think this issue is affecting my traffic.

Hi there, Randle!
It doesn’t appear as if you have a site title set for your blog. To change this, please click Settings → General in your Dashboard. You’ll see that the site title is left blank. Once you adjust that, it will fix the problem of your site title not appearing in the Reader!
