Why doesn't facebook publicize show followers?

  I have connected my personal facebook account with my blog in wordpress.com. I published several posts, which appeared also on my timeline.

  However, my facebook friends don’t seem to be recorded, so the total number of followers just displays the email subscribers.

  I tried reconnecting, deleting cookies and cache but I still cannot see the rest of 300 followers from publicize.

  Please help
