Why doesn't my blavatar show up in posts on Facebook and elsewhere?

  Why doesn’t my Blavatar show up when I post links on Facebook and elsewhere? I see it on the tab in my browser (Chrome), but it doesn’t show up when I post a link to my blog on Facebook.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
