Hi there
It looks like your blog is hosted over at Bluehost, it would make sense that it would not show up on the reader at WordPress.com, untilYou can also add any non-WordPress.com site with an RSS feed to the Reader by clicking the Manage button next to Followed Sites. At the top of this page, you can enter the URL of any site.
that came from: https://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/
I was unable to find an RSS code on your blog. You should be able to find a plugin to make your site an RSS feed, which you could then add to your reader.
I get why you asked here why your blog does not show in your reader. But help with adding an RSS feeder to your blog over at Bluehost you would be better advised over at https://en.forums.wordpress.ORG – those are the folks with the answers for self-hosted blogs like yours. There are many differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG, as discussed here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Hope that helps!

Oh, gotcha. I did have a website with wordpress, and I thought I still did (because I upload posts through wordpress) but now I guess I’m hosted at bluehost? So my posts don’t upload to wordpress reader anymore? That’s too bad. Thanks for the help :)

Hi!
You still do have a blog here! It’s marked private, so i cannot see if it is close to what you have on Bluehost. It is easy to be confused by this. WordPress is the company that writes the blogging software that is used by over 25% of the web! Because of their commitment to Open Source code, ease of use, and popularity, WordPress software is installed by many hosting providers such as Bluehost for use by their subscribers.
WordPress also has their own hosting service known to us as WordPress.com. Your private blog is hosted there.
BUT the software that you are using over at Bluehost has no real connection with WordPress.com, besides who made it and the name. They don’t talk to each other (even though they are on good terms) .
That’s why you need to install an RSS plugin on your blog to feed the reader when you are logged in to WordPress.com
An RSS feed will also let people who are not on WordPress follow your blog, which can potentially increase your readership!
I hope that cleared up some of the confusion

Sites using the standalone WP (org) software are not automatically included in the WordPressdotcom Reader.
However, your site can be read in the Reader if the subscriber is a WordPressdotcom user and adds your site feed to it.
All WP sites, regardless of whether they are ORG or COM, publish feeds. You do not need a plugin to do this on your self-hosted site. More about that here: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds
If you have more questions about how feeds work on standalone WP (org) sites, please post in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
Best wishes.

One other point. You can make it easy for your readers to subscribe to your site if you have the Jetpack plugin’s Subscribe module installed. https://jetpack.com/features/discussion/subscriptions/
