Why doesn’t my blog show up in the WordPress search results?

I have set my blog to be visible to search engines, etc, included relevant search tags… what else do I need to do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your blog is new. Your posts are showing up in the wordpress.com global tag pages. However, it will take some time before the search engines index it http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
