Why doesn't my custom header display on my blog?

  I’ve uploaded a custom header but it doesn’t display on my blog. I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies and looking at the blog on other devices but it still doesn’t display! Please help. My blog url is http://www.globalactivecitizenship.wordpress.com

  Please consult your detailed theme description page at https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/goran/ and scroll down to “Custom Header Image” as it has set up instructions for the Goran theme. Note: The Custom Header is not displayed on the blog page or individual blog posts.
