Why doesn't my Global Giving widget work?

  Hello! I’m trying to raise money for the Horn of Africa crisis through this Global Giving site:
  http://www.globalgiving.org/dy/fundraiser/sharefund/gg.html?regid=6234

  and was given this code to paste in the Text/HTML widget: <script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.globalgiving.org/javascript/widget/widget.js”>  { “fundraiserId” : “6234”, “ggtid” : “EB580E7D82813129D94C77D24D505118”  }  </script>

  but, whenever I try to paste it in it ends up looking like this:
    { “fundraiserId” : “6234”, “ggtid” : “EB580E7D82813129D94C77D24D505118”  }  

  Why won’t it allow me to post this widget so it displays correctly? Thanks!

  Unfortunately, we can’t allow the type of code they offer for security reasons.

  SocialVibe is a similar service, which we do support, and it’s possible they may offer a similar charity.
