why doesn't my gravatar icon display

  I uploaded a blog icon but when I “like” a blog posting , it shows a generic WP icon

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,
  Gravatars/blavatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading!

  To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll way down the page to “Avatars”.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/gravatar-hovercards/ That’s also where you also set the maximum rating for gravatar display on your blog.
