Why doesn't my post appear in the reader?

  When I publish posts, sometimes it doesn’t appear in the “reader” of those who follow my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It could be that you are inadvertently spamdexing. When it comes to Categories and Tags, assigning the least combined number of relevant ones is the rule of thumb. Will you please check out the reasons for non-appearance here?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts If you have assigned a combined total that exceeds 15 Categories/Tags to your posts, then you need to edit and delete. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying there.

  Thank you so much for the tip– I had entered 17 tags and just deleted some and now it has appeared on the Reader. I had no idea, I was under the impression that more tags = better. Thanks again!
