Why doesn't my wordpress update to my domain?

  Having made my blog site, and published it to my own domain successfully, why do my wordpress updates not show up on my own domain? Only simple answers please, as I am not techy and don’t understand any jargon.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the URL starting with http:// of this domain to which you refer please?

  Might have something to do with you having two different blogs

  http://www.imogennoble.com/ – is a WordPress.ORG install blog and is not hosted on WordPress.COM

  http://imogennoble.wordpress.com/ – is a WordPress.COM blog hosted here

  For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  They are not related – two completely different blogs

  It looks like you have been moving back and forth between the two – the dashboards & log-in’s look about the same and it can be confusing

  Hmmm. Ok. Found it, but now of course it doesn’t like my user name. Have reset password via the e-mail link, but no such thing for user names.
  Definitely not going to try using phpmyadmin!
