Why doesn’t sile Bot know I have a paid plan? I

    The bot isn’t letting me talk to a human despite the fact that I upgraded to paid. Do I have to log off and start again?

    As we discussed in our live chat, you can chat with our human support team by clicking the “Need help? Get in touch” at the bottom of the Help Center. That options looks as in the screenshot here.

    If the chatbot isn’t recognizing your paid plan, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:

    • You may be logged into a different WordPress.com account than the one that has the paid plan
    • The upgrade may not have fully synced yet (this can sometimes take a little time)
    • The chat was started before the upgrade, so it’s still using the previous session state

    Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Log out of WordPress.com completely
    2. Log back in using the account that purchased the plan
    3. Go to the Help Center again and scroll to the bottom
    4. Click “Need help? ” to start a new chat
