  You need to give the settings for new domain registrations time to propagate throughout the internet. When you purchase a domain or any time you change the DNS settings for a domain, that information is sent to a set of master databases. Then, each ISP around the world updates their settings based on the master databases at various intervals. How long it takes for you to see the domain start working will depend on how often your internet provider updates their DNS records. It can be different for each provider. In my experience, it usually takes a few hours at most but occasionally I’ve seen it take up to a few days.
