Why doesn't the feature image show?

The feature image does not display at the top of any post in the last three months. I can choose the image, and it displays as a thumbnail on the right hand side of the post, but doesn’t display at the top. It used to, but something has changed and it no longer displays. The theme is Twenty Eleven.

Twenty Eleven has only featured images in the headers.

I also see featured images on your posts. Specifically, where are the featured images (please provide the URLs) that you consider to be missing?

You’re correct in being able to see headers, however they are not the headers that have been dedicated to each individual post. If you look at my posts in July & August, each one has a dedicated relevant header. Since September, the headers have been the rolling random ones, not the ones I have assigned to each post. Any explanation as to what has changed would be appreciated. And how I can rectify this!
