Why doesn't the "Follow" button work?

  Subscribers who selected “Follow” & entered their email addresses aren’t getting notified about new posts. My blog is diagnosisdude.com; the wordpress URL is as below.

  Each subscriber can change their Follow Settings page and decide how to be notified on new posts. Please review this guide to learn more about it.
