Why Doesn't the KeyBoard Shortcuts Work?

  Whatever website I go to, and any website of mine, the keyboard shortcuts won’t work.
  I follow how to use the Keyboard Shortcuts and it seems as though as if the keyboard shortcuts weren’t updated. Please help?
