Why doesn't the Milestone Widget display a proper countdown in Eventbrite?

  I am using Eventbrite Single as my theme for an event I am hosting. I want to use the Milestone widget to display a countdown for the event, but when I visit my website, the widget does not seem to be working properly. Instead of a countdown, I only see a grey-colored box on the page.

  What can I do to fix this?
