Why doesn't the "Try WordPress.com Business for free" button work?

I’m’ trying to register for WordPress and take the 14 day trial. I’ve entered my credit card information, but when I press the big blue button, nothing happens. I’ve checked and rechecked the information over and over. I’ve even tried a second card.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Maybe you are in a country that is not supported. Let us review how this is done.
Below are the only accepted means of payment.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access the Store.
If you go to the following link, you will see buttons for “Try Now” or “Buy now” next to the Premium upgrade at the top.

You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.
You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

Thank you for replying so quickly! Your response worked. I followed the link you gave me which brought me back to the same page I was trying to use, but this page was responsive. There must have been something wrong with the way the other one loaded initially. I’m enrolled now and happy. Permission to close thread granted.
