Why doesn't the uploader work. Getting stripey bar and then nothing.

  Add images is not working. Bar comes up but not rest of options. It stalls on moving bar.

  I have uploaded many photos. I’ve saved the image in library but the uploader is stalling. The bar comes up but then doesn’t allow me to select the image. I’ve left it for over 5 minutes and nothing. No option to chose image.
