Why doesn’t WordPress Terminate Escobar Inc.’s Website?

I believe that this website (EscobarInc.com) Is in violation of the WP terms of service, according to this statement
‘refuse or remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any Automattic policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable’ (13-ii). Therefore, I have reason to believe that under WordPress’ TOS (which can be found at wordpress.com/tos/) Escobarinc.com should be removed since it is clearly harmful to it’s users, and is a scam created to take the user’s money and not ship the alleged ‘product’ that they say they will ship you. -

EscobarInc.comis running on opensource WordPress.org software hosted on Cloudflare so you may need to contact the host regarding this violation.This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only, for subsequent questions about self hosted website you can ask for help from the wordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

Mentioning the WordPress.org forums in a case like this just causes confusion, as someone not reading carefully can interpret it as that’s the place to ask for help with this. Rather don’t mention it in a case like this where it’s obvious the OP doesn’t have a site they actually need help with themselves.
The folks on WordPress.org just make the WordPress software. They have no control over any site using that software and no site using the WordPress software is subject to any terms of service on WordPress.org.
Sites like that are only subject to the software license under which the WordPress software is published, and that license only governs issues regarding modification and distribution of the software itself, not how the software is used or what content someone chooses to publish with it.
